It uses maleic anhydride and butanol as the main raw materials, and esterifies under the action of a catalyst. When the acid value reaches a certain requirement, the esterification reaction is stopped, and the neutralization and water washing process is carried out after cooling. After washing, vacuum distillation is carried out to distill off the excess butanol and water, and then filtered and packaged after cooling again to obtain the finished product.
The product is classified and labeled according to the Globally Harmonized System (GHS).
