Neopentyl Glycol Dibenzoate NPGDB
Synonyms:NPGDB
Neopentyl glycol dibenzoate is a solid plasticizer and a variety of polyol benzoate plasticizers. Its plasticizing properties are similar to those of dicyclohexyl phthalate, and it is stable to UV light and resistant to thermal degradation. It is the most important of various low-melting solids. It is compatible with a variety of polymers (including copolymers of vinyl acetate) and is fully compatible with PVC at a ratio of 50%. Therefore, it is often used as a plasticizer for these polymers to improve their flexibility, processing properties and heat resistance.
The product is classified and labeled according to the Globally Harmonized System (GHS).
